TERMS OF SERVICE

These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between the licensee ("you") and Muntaha Karamat, the developer of Pool 2048 (the "Game"). By downloading, installing or retaining the Game for more than ten (10) days, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1.General Conditions and Prohibited Activities

1) we use grants you the game of the personal, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license.Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, you may install, use, display or run the game or use the services on your smart mobile terminal devices (including but not limited to tablets and smart phones (" Terminal Devices ") for purposes other than commercial purposes.

2) You may not use this game under the following conditions: You may not create derivative works based on this game, or commercially exploit all or part of this game in any way; You may only use the game for lawful purposes; Unless the game functions allow it, otherwise You may not use, sell, modify or distribute the Game; You may not engage in any behavior that compromises computer network security, including but not limited to: using unauthorized data or unauthorized access to servers/accounts; entering public computer networks without permission; or Deleting, modifying, and adding information stored in other computer systems; Attempting to search, scan, and test game systems, network vulnerabilities, or other behaviors that undermine network security; Attempting to interfere with or destroy the normal operation of game systems, and deliberately spreading malware or viruses , disrupting the normal operation of the game system. Internet Information Services; forging TCP/IP packet (partial) names. 

3) You may not use the Game in a manner that may cause the Game (or the servers and Internet connected to the Game) to be corrupted, suspended, overloaded or degraded, nor may you use the Game in a manner that may affect the services provided.

4) You promised not to copy, sub-license, share, or sell licensed games or service to anyone.You shall be solely responsible for any costs and expenses resulting.

5) We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.If you are violating any of these restrictions, this permission may be automatically terminated, and may decide to terminate at any time by us.

2.Limited Warranty 

1) You acknowledge and agree that due to force majeure, mobile communication terminal virus or hacker attacks, system instability, user's physical location, mobile phone power outage and other technical, telecommunication lines and other reasons, the game may have potential risks such as service interruption and inability to respond to user requests.In no event shall we assume any of the above risks.

2) We do not assume any responsibility for losses caused by force majeure such as telecom line failure, technical problems, Internet, mobile communication terminal failure, system instability and so on.

3) Due to business developments and adjustments, we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice to the User, and we shall not be liable to the user or any other third party in the exercise of such right.

4) The Service and our derivative works are illegal without our official distribution or authorization.The download, installation and use of the Game by users may result in unforeseen risks.We do not assume any legal liability, the resulting problems.

5) You agree that to the maximum extent of applicable law, we have other disclaimer rights not set forth in this Agreement.

3.Disclaimer And Limitation Of Liability

Except as expressly stated in this clause, Muntaha Karamat and its affiliate companies, subsidiaries, and its license per capita does not make any express or implied warranty, including any of merchantability and implied warranty is suitable for a particular purpose. Muntaha Karamat and its affiliates, subsidiaries and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties not set forth in these Terms.Any implied warranties that may be imposed by law are limited to those contained in this Clause and, to the extent permitted by law, those contained in Muntaha Karamat.

4.User Judgment

Some features of the Game may cause certain programs, features, or files to be stopped, deleted, or uninstalled.Before using the Game, you should read the game instructions and tips carefully to determine if the Game is suitable for your use and needs, as well as your safety requirements. Once you install the Game and/or perform any action, you accept full responsibility.We provide the Privacy Policy as an integral part of this Agreement and you should read and agree to it before installing and operating the Game.

5.Intellectual Property Right

1) You acknowledge and agree that we own any and all legal interests in the Game, including any intellectual property rights related to the game and services. 

2) The information in the Game includes but not limited to words, software, audios and videos, photos, diagrams, all contents in advertisements, the commercial information we offer to you, etc., which are all protected under copyright, patent, trademark as well as all other related laws and regulations. You are allowed to use these contents only when you have our authorization; Without authorization, you may not copy, modify, edit these contents or create related derivative works.

3) Unless you with our prior written agreement, this agreement does not authorize you to use related to our game names, trademarks, service marks, logos, domain name, or any other marks which have distinctive brand features.
